How to prepay

You can pay any amount, any time, until your package is fully paid.

Dial *000# Dial now Works with Airtel Money and TNM Mpamba.

Pay by USSD

    Dial *000# on your Airtel or TNM phone.

    Choose your account. If your phone number is registered with us, your accounts are listed with the dealer name and the last 4 digits of the account number. If it is not, type your account number.

    Paying for someone else? Choose "Another account" and type their account number. Their full name is shown: press 1 only if it is the right person.

    Choose the package you are paying for. The balance still to pay is shown next to it.

  5. 5

    Enter the amount you want to pay today. It can be any amount up to the balance.

  6. 6

    Check the name, package, amount and wallet on the confirm screen, then press 1 to pay. If your network is not recognised, you choose Airtel Money or TNM Mpamba first.

  7. 7

    Approve the payment request with your Airtel Money or TNM Mpamba PIN, then wait for the SMS showing your payment and new balance.

Made a mistake? Press 0 to go back one screen, or 00 to start again.

MlimiPay staff will never ask for your PIN.

    Pay the agent and get a printed or SMS receipt.

After every payment you get an SMS with the amount, a reference number and the balance still to pay. Keep these messages.

When your package is fully paid

Your inputs are reserved for you. We send an SMS telling you where and when to collect. Bring your phone or MlimiPay card and your ID.
